PURPOSES AND LAWFULNESS OF THE PROCESSING/LEGAL BASIS/DATA RETENTION/ NATURE OF DATA PROVISION AND REFUSAL

Your personal shall be processed for the following purposes:

Processing is necessary for the functioning of the website and the provision of the navigation service on the platform; data retention: current section (please see cookie policy).
  2. Subscription to the newsletter related to the Europen Project “Grant agreement n° 837527” by filling the contact form “Subscribe to our Newsletter”; legal basis: consent of the data subject – art. 6, lett. a) GDPR; data retention: data will be stored until opt out.

The provision of navigation data is mandatory as it is carried out automatically to allow you to navigate the website. In the area “Subscribe newsletter” the provision of personal data tagged with the symbol * is necessary. Failure to provide this information will make it impossible to subscribe to the newsletter.

PERSONAL DATA RECIPIENTS

Your personal data will be shared with recipients who will process the data as data porcessors (art. 28 Reg. UE 2016/679) and/or as natural person acting under the Controller o Processor’s authority (art. 29 Reg. UE 2016/679) for the above mentioned purposes. Namely your data shall be communicated to:

– services providers for the management of the Controllers’ information system and communication networks (including e-mail, newsletter and website service management);

– companies participating in the European Project grant agreement

– competent authorities for the fulfilment of obligations of law and/or regulations of public bodies, upon request.

DATA TRANSFER TO A THIRD COUNTRY AND/OR TO INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATIONS AND SAFEGUARDS

In particular, you shall have the right, at any time, to obtain from the Data Controller the access to your personal data, request information relating to the processing, as well as to rectify, delete or limit the processing of your personal data. Furthermore, in the cases provided for, you have the right to object at any time, to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) and to withdrow your consent at any time without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on your prior consent. In the cases provided for, you have the right to the portability of your personal data and, in this case, the Data Controller will provide you with your personal data in a structured commonly used and machine redable format. Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, in case you consider your data processing in contrast with Reg. UE 2016/679, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Italian DPA: www.garanteprivacy.it) or to appeal to the appropriate Courts.
